We process customer account, billing-reference, website configuration, and support information. On customer websites, we process service-request details supplied by leads, including contact information, descriptions, service locations, and optional images.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the platform, deliver leads to the relevant business, manage subscriptions and domains, prevent abuse, and communicate operational updates. Payment-card data is collected directly by PayPal and is not stored by Maison Naué.

4. Sharing and retention

Lead information is shared only with the business to which it was submitted and with service providers necessary to operate email, hosting, and billing. We retain records only as reasonably required for service, security, and legal obligations.

5. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us. Some billing and transaction records may be retained where legally required.
