Terms of Service

1. Service

Maison Naué provides a managed one-page lead-generation website, temporary Maison Naué URL, hosting, lead delivery, and associated dashboard access. A personalized domain for the first year is included subject to availability; premium domains are excluded unless agreed separately.

2. Fees and trial

The website setup is charged once at USD $299 plus applicable tax. Managed hosting is USD $19 per month plus applicable tax after a 30-day trial. Panda Play Studios (Pty) Ltd is the merchant, and PayPal processes payment.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate, lawful content and may not use the service for fraud, abuse, unlawful solicitation, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

4. Availability and domains

Personalized domains remain subject to availability. If a requested name is unavailable or premium-priced, reasonable alternatives will be offered. Typical connection time is two to three business days but is not guaranteed.

5. Suspension

Past-due subscriptions receive a seven-day grace period. Continued nonpayment, a paused or canceled subscription, abuse, or legal risk may result in suspension. A customer-canceled paid subscription remains available through its current paid period; a trial cancellation takes effect immediately.

6. Governing terms

These Terms are governed by applicable federal laws of the United States. The contracting entity is Panda Play Studios (Pty) Ltd.
