Because custom design work begins after verified payment, refund eligibility for the USD $299 build fee depends on how much work has been completed. Requests should be made promptly to Email Maison Naué. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Monthly subscription

The USD $19 monthly subscription begins after the 30-day trial. Customers can manage their payment method with PayPal and cancel hosting through the Maison Naué dashboard. Paid service remains available through the current billing period; trial cancellation takes effect immediately.

Domains

Domain registration costs may become non-refundable once registration has been completed. Premium-domain costs are not included in the standard package.

Billing disputes

Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method.
